If you are a professional trainer with experience, and you would like to perform customized training programs, mostly in the fields of communications, customer service, personal effectiveness, and teamwork, and you are interested in working with one of Montreal’s most specialized businesses in that field, please contact us. Do you have the profile?

To be a trainer in our team, you need to fulfill one of the following requirements:

• Hold a university degree in a field related to relational skills (communications, psychology, teaching, human resources, management, training, or other relevant field) and have at least four years of professional experience in your field of expertise;

OR

• Hold a college degree and have at least five years of professional expertise as a trainer in your field of expertise.

PLUS

• Good communication skills, excellent spoken and written English and/or French, and the ability to express yourself clearly and precisely.
• Experience in teaching to adults and an interest in delivering workshops and training sessions.
• Educational knowledge in knowledge transmission.
• Availability to travel for the training programs.
• An analytical mind to assess training needs and development/adaptation needs for the training material to suit specific requirements.
• Creativity to develop tools that will catch the attention of participants and encourage them to develop their abilities.
• A good listener and a good observer, able to be patient and generous, and have the ability to manage your stress.
• Self-reliance, autonomy, and flexibility to meet the expectations of the client and the trainees; also knowledge of common software such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• The will to learn and the determination to remain at the cutting edge of current trends in relational skills.
• Enthusiasm, dynamism, and energy to make sure your sessions are lively.
